Buenos Aires Tango used to be a good place. Their parillada was delicious, they would be attentive, good service, fresh food.
Lately this hasn't been the case. I went there last night and the food was terrible. I ordered the mussels and the clams.
First of all the dishes took over an hour and a half to arrive, when I complained, they pretended that it would arrive shortly. The baked clams were tepid at best and tasted as if they were chewy erasers lying in dish water.
The mussels in garlic sauce were much worse. They had shrunken and were chewy, floating in a glue kind of like sauce. This dish wasn't even warm.
Service is a joke, but they still manage to add more than a 15 % gratuity onto the bill, for what ? I still don't know.
My dinner companions had steak entrees, and well Sizzler has better steaks on an off day. Their beef was old and flavorless.
If you go, skip to their desserts and go for the show, its pretty much all they have left.
