Avoid at all costs 1/11/2012

I returned a truck to this location and the woman running the office, Joyce, charged my credit card a gas penalty although it was gassed up. The national office refunded me but it still amounts to a theft. When I called Joyce to dispute the charge she yelled over me so I couldn't talk, was loud, obnoxious then hung up before I could ask her why she did this. She is a crook. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. more
