Poor experience, low end techs, even worse management. 3/26/2012

Brought my vehicle in for diagnosing an issue with engine coils and misfiring. They replace the distributor, all of the spark plugs, and spark plug wires, before they took a look at the engine coils. I receive an $1,100 bill, and the issue was not resolved. They were apologetic, but they couldn't figure out the issue. I brought the care to Firestone and they replaced one of the faulty engine coils to resolve the problem in no time. I told the assistant manager, Cliff, but he wasn't willing to even acknoledge the fact that the problem still existed when I left their shop. I won't be wasting any more time or money with these guys. more

Customer service not a priority 1/5/2008

I went in several times to get my tires rotated that I purchased from them, all they kept telling me was they were booked and short on mechanics. If you offer free tire rotation with the purchase of tires but never have an opening what good is it? Also, took my car in for sputtering, was told the distributor cap was on backwards. Was told by several other reliable mechanics that it would not have run if the cap was on backwards. They seem to be less than knowledgeable at the very least, or dishonest at the worst. more
