Stay Away From Budget - Go Somewhere Else 7/17/2011

Worst Customer Experience I've ever Had. Had my reservation but no truck. I even called 2 days prior. Rep "We don't guarntee reservations." There was no remorse by anyone at the company although I was offered 15% off my next reservation. What the heck does that save when you can't get the truck anyways. Ohh and they also told me they were doing me a favor by canceling my reservation so I wasn't charged a $50 fee. Made my moving day extra Stressful and I was saved by going to Uhaul. Im sure you don't need the extra grief either on you're moving day. more
