I dont want to even give thgem one star. They claimed they did not do it.However that was a bold faced lie. My father passed away and left me his pickup truck a classic absolutely beautiful custom work by southern comfort. Over 15,000 had been invested into the car. There was something wrong with the ignition or something and they towed it. Well by the time i got it the steering wheel completely bent the horn no longer worked and they promised they would fix it and never did. Well because i was waiting on their call for when they would get the part in. I had to manage driving around with a bent wheel to and from work. To make a long I still havent recieved a call from them and all i get is the runaround when i speak to them so i am seeking legal action in the very near future. Sun Sun Towing if you would like to rectify the situation in the slightest, my number has not changed 954-204-9237 please give me a call. Otherwise i will continue to inform everyone in coral springs what you've done to myself and my family and i will not stop until you've done the right thing. My next step is to contact the department of transportaion which i know will permanantly blemish your track record with the FMCSA. The man that owns this place is the most giving ,and nicest man around . Most important cares how his bussiness is run,cares about the people , is alot of fun, and a very giving man. I would do bussiness with him and his family any time. more

Sun Towing in Coral Springs maybe hated by some, but having your car break down and having to get it fixed is no picnic. I've known/worked for them for many years. The owner has never yelled at anyone, and as far as scamming? Bullsh*t. This is a family business with ethics and thousands of satisfied customers. Please be kind, patient and understanding, running an automotive repair business is very expensive and complex. That Florida heat just melts cars, and some can't be fixed, but they will try to help you the best they can. Pros: Eddie, one of the best mechanics I've ever worked with. Sun Auto ripped me off for almost 2,000 dollars! They replaced the altenator in my car AT LEAST 5 times... Charged me everytime because they would come up with some other lame excuse for why it was happening. Eventually I spoke to the owner & asked if there could be some reason why the alternator kept going (I thought this was a resonable question). He chewed me out screaming, yelling, cursing (mind you I am a woman in my mid twenties), basically telling me good luck, he would not help me out, & to F*** Off. Well... needless to say... my car broke down again less than 2 weeks later, this time in a different area where SUN TOWING does not get sent to you through AAA... The tow truck driver told me he used to work for Sun & they were SCAMMERS... He took me to Mike's Auto in Margate... Mike fixed the problem for less than half the price of Sun (It was a faulty wire). Sun towing came out when I had a fender bender and towed my car to the mechanic of my choice. They did not attempt to rip me off or take advantage of me. They towed my car and sent me a bill. It was simple and no hassle. Just what I needed during a stressful time. PROS: nice - didn't rip me off CONS: none more
