Confirmed reservation meant nothing when I called about my car the morning of my pick up. Nothing available and they continued to make more reservations even after informing of no availability. According to their rebuttal to my complaint they don't feel that this is a a poor business habit. Pros: Low price (but that doesn't matter if there is no vehicle) Cons: No vehicle when you show up more
