Very Professional and Clean 2/8/2011

We stored our boat there for years. My wife and I love the security of this facility. It is a family run business that listens to its customers. Recently, we rented a climate controlled unit to clear some clutter out of the house. Their helpful staff suggested the perfect size unit that worked with our budget. I highly recommend this storage facility. more

Absolute Storage in WL Sucks 11/22/2010

Good: Not a thing. Have to give it one star because can't give it a zero. But if I could I would give it ZERO stars. Bad: Storage units leak, Floor get wet in winter when Snow gets piled up next to door. Everything gets dirty in summer because door seals are bad. Owner want big bucks for these units and you can't access your stuff after 9pm without paying $30 for an exit code. Improvements: Who cares? I'll never use this place again and would never recommend to anyone else.. Other: There are plenty of better storage places in the Whitmore Lake Michigan area that are cleaner and cheaper. I would not go to this place EVER.. more
