SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Horrible customer service. When they first opened I had taken my work van there for new tires. I told them white walls in. They put them out. When I asked them about it they said they would flip them around but couldnt get to it right away they wanted me to come back. I never did I just lived with it and told myself I would never go back. Well here it is about 5 years later and I decided to give them another shot. I called them and got a price on some tires and they said they could have them the next day but would need half the money to order them. I gave them $500.00 to get them ordered. They called me back later that night and told me there was a 6 month wait and the tires were more than what they quoted me. They suggested a comparable tire. So I went with that and told them to order those. The next day I got a call those were a 6 month wait also. So I said nevermind I will just order them online. (which I ended up doing for cheaper than what they quoted me) www.easytirescom. So I said I will be in to get my $500.00 back. He said no problem come on in. So I drive in there and they tell me they don't have that much cash in the store and I would have to come back later and get a check. I have been calling and stopping in about every other day for 3 weeks now and they still dont have a check for me. I asked to talk to the lady that is responsible for the check and they said she only works tuesday thru friday from 10:00 am to noon. 2 hours a day four days a week. WOW! I wish i had a job like that. She cant stay an extra 5 minutes to write me a check? The funny thing is that I was going to use some of that money and have them put new tires on my car also. But after seeing they don't give two shiits about there customers there is no way I will ever give them a dime again. I have always used discount tire and have had no problems. The only reason i went to budget is because discount was honest and told me upfront that there was a 6 month wait and budget said they could have them the next day. Let this be a warning to you if you are thinking about going to budget. I stopped in there this morning and the big shot I talked to today had no answers for me and wouldn't let me talk to anyone that could tell me anything. He basically pushed me out the door and told me to come back at the end of the day and they would have a check ready. Same story they have been telling me for 3 weeks. Dishonest. Free alignment with four tires? Yeah right. The mechanic isn't in, we'll do the tires now, bring the car back this afternoon. That afternoon: "Our single mechanic is too busy too see you, call back later." Later: "There are people in front of you now, call back later. Or you can drop your car off, we'll get it done before we close." Like they could fit me in when I called back "later"? This place is a joke. more
