Poor Public Relations 4/25/2011

I've been on unemployment for the last year and had sought a means of repairing my TV via the internet. There was a repair offered but after trying it, it didn't work. I contacted Budget TV Repair Service and explained what had happened. His response was to tell me he wouldn't even look at it as I had attemped a repair on my own, and was very rude about it. In these economic difficult times I would hope people would have a more compassionate and helpfull attitude. No help here!!!! more

TV Repair Service 1/25/2011

I called the service about an issue I was having with my Plasma TV. Instead of merely making an appointment, the service asked specifically about the problem. After explaining the situation, he made suggestions that I could do to possibly fix the TV. I did as he recommended and sure enough the problem is solved. I strongly recommend this service center for their professionalism and candid service. If I'm ever in the area of this business I will definietly be buying them lunch. THANK YOU SO MUCH! more
