Highly unprofessional and won't accept 'Budget Coupons'. 6/4/2008

First impression...one gentleman standing at desk with 'Budget' shirt on didn't know how to help, I had to wait for the 'manager'. Manager came in with customer who was having problems. Manger was clearly frustrated and being rude to the customer was being calm even though he was the one who should have been frustrated. Customer ended up leaving after Manger could not/would not help him. more
