I rent from this location nearly every week. The cars are always clean and in great shape. I've rented cars from many companies, and the people at this location are by far the most professional people I've met. I will definitely keep going back to them each time I need to rent a car! Dishonest and costly 8/1/2011

I negotiated car rental for 1 week. Before leaving I asked the procedure to extend rental for an additional week if needed. I was told "no problem" just call, which I did. Returning the car, on time and with the required full tank of gas, was the eye-opening experience. First of all I was accused of transporting animals(which I did not) and charged a thirty dollar cleaning fee. Then I was charged an additional ten dollars for extending the rental an additional week. A week later,and I am still waiting for the manager to call and discuss these fees. I will not use these crooks ever again, and I will make sure and tell everyone in Noblesville to avoid renting cars from them. more
