Snow - great service! 10/26/2011

I have been with Budget for the last 5 years. Their service has been more than satisfactory, it's been great. Lake year when the blizzard hit they were at my house before any of the neighbor's services. They even came back a second time to remove the little snow that had fallen since the initial visit. Two of my neighbors even signed up with them this year. Their staff is professional and courteous. They return phone calls. I am very happy with the service and will continue to contract with them. Zero Stars... 10/5/2011

...for phone calls unreturned, no customer service, a "spring cleanup" that amounted to trenching around my landscaping and leaving huge clumps of dirt everywhere. No fix, no response at all and overpriced...not "budget" at all. My other lawn service was amazing AND cheaper. Stay far, far away from "Budget". And by the way, their mailing address is the UPS office. more

FOUND SOMEONE WHO CARED 12/14/2010

They did a great job putting in my sod. They took the time to do it right. Most of the other companies seemed to just want to get in and get out. They gave me the feeling it was all about the money and little to do with a satisfied customer. The owner said in most cases the soil is the problem so to have a nice lawn we need to improve the soil. Non of the other companies even touched on this. It has been done for a wile now and it looks as good as the day he put it in. He also slit seeded my friend lawn in Arlington Hts. and he was very happy as well. But to lazy to write a review. more

return to a beautiful home 12/13/2010

I am a senior in Arlington Hts. that dose not like to spend money and my front yard looked like it. Finally I decided to to treat my self. I called budget and they came out to look they gave me a few options from fixing up what I had to starting over. If you saw my yard you probably would have told me just move. So needless to say I sad lats redo the hole front yard. he had his men come out and the did a great job replacing my bushes and my old grass with sod. I think my nabbers like it even more than I do. NEXT YEAR I AM GOING TO HAVE THEM TACKLE THE BACK YARD JUNGLE. THEY DO BEAUTIFUL WORK Pros: null Cons: null more
