Unscrupulous business, please check their less than satisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.com and the numerous complaints files against them with the Ohio Attorney Generals office (Jim Petro). Wish I'd have known before I did business with them. More details forthcoming after lawsuit is completed. more
