Yes, I'm just kidding, but that's not an easy feat. She had a particular thing in mind for our huge basement/man cave and Budget had the perfect carpet and tile for her (I mean us ). The price was better than the place we used the last time and their installers were excellent. We are both glad we listened to our neighbors when they told us to go there. Our church used this company last fall and everyone was quite pleased. The carpet and tile looks nice and is holding up great. It is not an easy feat to satisfy 400+ "customers" but Budget and their installers (two different crews) came through. The family owners/sales personnel are knowledgeable and experienced in recommending and assisting with the many choices and materials available. The buying experience was very good and the installation of the carpet in our family room, stairs and loft were done in a very timely and professional manner and they removed all waste materials. We found the installation crew to be very professional, as well, and wasted no time in getting the carpeting laid. As we own a small company as well we try to use other small/family owned businesses and I have no qualms in recommending this family owned business to any of my friends and relatives. If I could have given the service of this company zero stars, I would have. We were excited to use a family business and keep our money local. However, this turned out to be a terrible idea. The owners sell a good product, but they hire terrible crews to install their product. I had to have the carpet ripped off my stairs and then had to pay to have it replaced due to a bad installation job. The installers were late both times, and left a horrible mess for us to clean up. When calling to complain to the owners, they listened, but offered no real solutions. I would not recommend this company to any one. Pros: null Cons: null more

Recommended by my real estate agent. If you do anything, listen to this review. The carpet is cheap and decent quality. HOWEVER... the service sucks! If you want to buy decent carpet and have it laid in your house half @ss and not stretched properly, go with this company. Not only was the carpet not laid right, they managed to tear up the paint job in about every room they carpeted. Again, HALF @SS. Don't be fooled by the owner and their "family-owned business." The owners may all be from the same family and seem like decent people, but the installers are a joke! I think I have seen better quality work from illegal aliens than these people. more

They installed carpet and vinyl in my home and I could not be happier with that outcome. I really liked that I was able to work 1-on-1 with the actual owners of the business, not just some kid who Home Depot hired 3 weeks prior with no experience. I got exactly what I wanted and got it for a good price. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. more

When I read a couple of their reviews I wasn't sure about going there, BUT I'm glad I did. The family that owns the place was super helpful to me and my son. We found a couple of great area rugs for way better prices than some of the "big guys". It was really busy in the store that day and even the mom was carrying out remnants for people. Oh, maybe that's why you might answer the phone out of breath like the one reviewer complained...dumb comment. This old lady will go back anytime. Pros: null Cons: null more

I don't understand the previous reviews because i have never had a problem with this company. In fact, it has always been the exact opposite. The service was excellent, the salespeople were extremely knowledgeable, and I got exactly what I wanted. I will not ever buy flooring anywhere else. Rate up! more

When it comes time to calling these people be ready. I called and they acted like they were all out of breath and were very indifferent when talking on the phone as if they were doing me a favor for calling??? The person told me a time for a sales person to arrive and they never called and then they changed the time frame when I called. They told me that they don't call before they come, they just show up. It was like watching a episode of American Chopper. The person that answered the phone needs training in how to talk to customers. I cancelled. Pros: None Cons: A lot more

My experience with this company has always been really good. I used them for carpeting 2-3 times and laminate in my family room last month. They promptly took care of a very small "issue" and all my friends raved about my new floor. Not sure what happened with the other reviewers but I don't shop anywhere else anymore. One of the biggest regrets in my life was calling this company, believing the lies they told, and having them install a ceramic floor. They sent over a crew of guys between the ages of 18-23, who butchered our floor. They made a mess in our garage, left huge gaps near the floorboards and two years later, the grout and floor are coming up in chunks and pieces. they argue with us and could care less, basically we lost several thousand dollars and will have to spend more to replace. Please be aware of this and go somewhere else!!!!! Pros: None Cons: Shoddy work, will not even work with us to fix the problems. more

This is my second time using them. I chose to go with a local business even though the carpeting was less at a big box outlet. Generally, I was satisified with them. I have bought three rugs there too. more
