Budget Blinds of Woodstock

Alex Cobb does not stand by his warranties on his products. I've had an issue with my blinds for several months. He refuses to fix them or replace them. Save yourself some trouble and stay away from Budget Blinds. more

I ordered blinds from Budget Blinds of Woodstock Alex Cobb and it was terrible from first day they arrived. The blinds were measured wrong by Alex which is the owner of this Franchise. He sent one installer to my home with out a ladder to install the blinds and I have 19ft ceilings. Alex had been to my because he was the one that measured my windows. He was never prepared when he or some installer would come to my home. I ordered the Blinds October 2017 and it's May 2018 and my blinds have never rolled up and down. One fell off the roller. They do not fit the windows properly. He won't fit the blinds and they never worked from day one. He treated us terrible after we paid him $3,800.00 and told me to get someone to fix the blinds after I paid him to this. Please save yourself and do not use Alex Cobb. I'm not saying other Budget Blinds are bad only Alex Cobb of Budget blinds of Woodstock. more

Alex Cobb was very knowledgable about his products. He went out of his way to work with me on a tight budget and urgent timeline. I would definately recommend him to anyone looking to enhance their home with high quality window coverings. more
