I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it is to work with Staci and Joe. They are courteous, kind, and very respectful to the clients. I have been more than happy to recommend them to others; knowing that Staci and Joe would take good care of my friends and family. Staci understands that I am on a budget (I have 4 kids) and places no pressure on me to order more than I can afford at any given time. She went over all of my options when I was ordering my shutters and showed me why what I originally wanted to do was not going to provide the best solution. She answered each question I had patiently and even sent me links to news articles and other sources to back up her answers and to give me a better explanation. Staci does not try to over sell, and instead looks out for the best interest of the customer. Joe’s installation was quick, professional and he left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. He offered to help me move my furniture back into place, was friendly and respectful to myself and my mother in law during his time at the house. He did not waste time and went straight to work. I did not feel like I needed to be in the same room to make sure that the work was done correctly or to keep an eye out as I have had to do with other contractors we have used in the past. Within the first 8 hours after the first shutters were installed, my lovely children decided to take a blue crayon to them. I called Staci and she walked me through all the options of how to remove the crayon or what we could do if the crayon did not come off. Staci’s advice worked the first time and I am happy to say that only my husband and I can see where the crayon was and that all of our children were allowed to live. I will be ordering more window treatments in the future and a main reason for that is the level of service and commitment to the customer from Staci and Joe. more

Your quotation was also about $175 lower that the company recommended by the our Builder, so we saved all around. I was having a serious problem with the sun glare on my television. David and his crew provided the best solution for my needs. The cellular shades for my arches and middle window work perfect. Not to mention by motorizing my middle shade, I am still able to see the moonlit sky at night from the comfort of my chair just by using the remote control more

just wanted to let you know that we love our new shutters. What a difference it makes from the blinds we had previously. Even from the outside of the house, it looks amazing. In fact, we love them so much, we want to buy them for remainder of the windows in the house. Call me for an appointment at your convenience this week. One of my neighbors who has shutters even commented on how neat and modern ours look compared to hers. She wanted to come in and see them. I gave her your name and number also. Also, thank your installer for being so quick and cleaning up once it was all done. I only had to run the vacuum quickly for the small packing particles, and the house looked awesome. more

I have now done my whole house in white shutters that we purchased through Budget Blinds of Ballantyne. Stasi was our sales rep who came to our home and made suggestions regarding the windows. She brought samples of different colors and slat size for me to compare. David, the owner also contacted me to see if I had any additional questions once we placed the first order.\r Initially I just did the front windows of the house, but my husband and I were so pleased with the result, that we have now purchased them for our entire house in Charlotte. My neighbors and friends have commented on the huge improvement in the house from viewing from the street, as well as being inside and looking out.\r I love, love, love them. It was great working with Stasi. She is very knowledgeable and was able to help me decide what would look best in my house. I just sent a customer service review praising budget blinds and of course Stasi Sherlock. I will be calling budget blinds again when I get the 3 remaining windows done and need new blinds. Have to get my new windows paid off first but as soon as that is done I will be calling Stasi. She is good. I always hated my dinning room window with a passion but with the one blind going up replacing the 2 I previously had I can say for the first time in 12 years I actually love this window. \r \r Budget blinds ROCKS. more
