Just a note to let you know how much we are enjoying the new blinds and shades we recently purchased. The shades in the family room have made a big difference and they operate so smoothly. The shade in the master bath is a welcome addition. Lots of light comes through, but it affords the privacy needed. Beth, we finally finished the bedroom and it all came together quite nicely with the blinds being a perfect match. I would like to let you know how happy I am with my choice to get the blinds for my entire house from Budget Blinds in Harrisburg. I got my blinds two years ago and was very impressed with the great customer service I received when I ordered the blinds as well as the professionalism of the installer when the blinds were installed. Recently, I had a problem with a cord for one of the blinds that I raise and lower daily. I called Budget Blinds and again, was very happy with the customer service I received. They looked up my original order, determined which part was needed, and ordered it immediately. The part arrived quickly, installation was scheduled, and the cord was replaced. The installer was again as courteous and professional as he could be and was very respectful of my furniture and carpet when fixing the blind. Thanks again for standing behind your products long after the sale and providing great customer service at a time when other companies do not always do the same! more

Your special attention to detail from taking off your shoes when entering the house, choosing blind tape to match the wall color/drapes, to shutters for the kitchen to clean up, finished the remodeling to our house! Beth - Just wanted you and Mark to know how much we love, love, love the new shutters. We can't stop looking at them and marveling at how they transform the rooms. We feel like we are at an island retreat and there should be palm trees outside the windows. And speaking of outside, the shutters just absolutely look perfect when looking from the street. It makes our colonial house look complete. Mark and Mark did a terrific job and were professional and efficient. I can't believe they finished so quickly. Mark already measured the remaining windows in the upstairs and we are ready to move forward to order them as well. more

The blnds will allow the new Harrisburg Catholic Elemetary Students to be greeted in comfort and function as well as beauty when they enter school this Fall. They are of superior quality and workmanship. I have not been this satisfied with a product in a long time. The installers were very professional, courteous, and timely.
