Arrived onsite to my house, provided samples and recommendations and installed. Basically everything! \r Joey, the representative came to our house, he provided samples and gave recommendations for our windows. Very knowledgeable with the products and spoke highly of the business. Our windows were completely bare, so Joey put up paper blinds to give us privacy until our budget blinds were installed. Installed plantation shutters on two windows and mini blinds on two windows. \r \r It went very well. The shutters are custom ordered and took a while to build, but the install was professional and they look perfect. They seem very durable and have really changed the look of the room where we had them installed. The mini blinds are installed perfectly. \r \r The guys that did the install were wonderful. Very detail oriented and professional and I enjoyed working with them. In fact, everyone I have worked with on this project has been great.\r \r I like the shutters so much that I have already ordered my next set! I requested someone to come out and provide an estimate for plantation shutters for five windows. I purchased the shutters - in fact, I doubled the ordered, and had them installed. Working with Michael Hewitt from Budget Blinds was an outstanding experience. When I called for an appointment, one was scheduled within the week. Michael Hewitt arrived on time and was very professional and personable. He listened to my needs and concerns and the process that I had taken to get to deciding on plantation shutters. Michael demonstrated his products and recommended the shutter that fit my needs. The best part of these shutters is that there are no middle bars and the upper and lower sections can be controlled independently - this was just what I was looking for. Michael was skilled at the measuring process and provided an estimate on site. Based on the proposal, I increased the order to include four additional windows. To show his dedication to customer service, Michael called later in the evening to inform me that a new collor choice had just been added by the manufacturer that would better fit my needs. Not too many people would investigate further after the customer had already signed a contract! When the shutters came in, the installer was scheduled. He was also on time, professional and courteous. We had other workers at our home and he was willing to work around them. All packing materials and tools were removed from our home and everything was left neat and clean. Every window was installed perfectly and we have had no problems. We love the product and would highly recommend these individuals to others. more

Removal of old mini-blinds and installation of new, white faux wood. Budget Blinds and owner Michael were a pleasure to work with. In home consultation was excellent and variety of product to choose from was also good. They provided a quality product at a fair price and were always on time and responsive. These blinds will cost a bit more than the big box store variety, but the quality difference is very noticeable, especially in the valance. The 15 to 17 faux wood blinds we had installed have been excellent. Yes, you could save $30 or so dollars a piece on these doing it yourself, but the quality would be less and the installers had the old mini-blinds in my home removed (at no additional cost) and the new. blinds installed in about 3 hours. Worth every penny and I would use them again. more

We had blinds installed to cover windows in our bedroom and portions of our living room. We had a wonderful experience with Mike Hewitt of Budget Blinds. He spent a ton of time with us measuring all of the windows we have. Our home is modern architecture in Old Fourth Ward and is practically all windows. He made great suggestions on styles of blinds to choose and which were best for the bedroom versus the living space. After giving us the final numbers he did not mind that we had to split up the work into several parts to fit into our budget. When the blinds were installed it turned out that a couple of the blinds ordered were for the wrong set of windows. After letting him know about the issue Mike came up with an excellent solution that satisfied us financially and aesthetically. We will be utilizing his services this Spring to complete the window coverings in our home and we also have a property management business and will use him professionally as well. more

We used Budget Blinds of Atlanta North East. We just got a new house and they came out to do an estimate in late April and then we did an order in early May. Then they did the installation for us. We have a big house and they did a combination of wood blinds and plantation shutters. We've got 30 plus windows. They were very thorough and very detailed with the process and were precise with the project. They were very professional about the whole thing. We didn't have any issues or errors with the product. They kept us in good communication the whole time as well. They were expensive but we got great value for it. more

I didn't know much about blinds or window treatments, and they really took their time to help me pick the right product. I very much appreciated that. When I made certain choices the salesman made sure I understood how it would look and how it would function. He took a lot of time with me without making me feel like I was taking too much of his time. I will definitely use them again for the rest of our rooms once I've decided what type of window treatment I want. Installation came slightly faster than the original estimated date, which was a nice surprise as well. more

I am ECSTATIC about my blind purchase from Budget Blinds. Mike was super helpful in determining what I needed to buy, very friendly, professional, and arrived right on time! My blinds were installed a few days later with no problems at all. Andy did an excellent job with the installation, arrived EARLY for my appointment, and installed blinds on all fifteen windows in only 1 hours!!!! Incredible! Even though it was our mistake, when the blinds did not suit us, Mike was able to negotiate a replacement of all our blinds with the company at no additional charge!
