I just wanted to drop you a note to say how happy I am with my recent faux wood blind purchase. You made the selection easy, measured precisely, and ordered promptly. The blinds were delivered and installed when you said they would be. Of particular importance to me was the installation. Your installer knew what he was doing and had a great customer service attitude. This is particularly important to me because my last blind purchase, from another vendor, was a disaster. The other vendor's installer couldn't install what was measured and ordered. Maybe that is why they are no longer in business. I appreciate the ease of doing business with you. I guaranty you have a repeat customer. more
