This place doesn't even deserve ONE star, but you have to rate at least one to get the review posted. Budget owner Tony was dispatched to our house by our warranty company on a Wednesday. Tony failed to call in our work order. It is now Monday, we are still without a fridge. After calling Tony this morning at 10 am he said we are ""first priority today"" and he will call as soon as he gets to the office. I call Tony at 2. He hangs up on me. I call Tony at 2:30. He hangs up on me. Did I mention Tony is the OWNER. Nice customer service, eh? So...6 days later, Tony (the owner!) still hasn't taken care of our work order. When calling you'll get a nice voicemail message that says this is Budget Appliance, don't leave a message. Tony feels it's harassment if you call him to complete his job. He will hang up on you if you question his time table. He will not work with YOU the CUSTOMER. I say, save your time and nerves. Call a company that cares about their customers and that will give you the service you deserve.
