My experience with them was great. The sales people on the floors were very knowledgable and had a great attitude and helped me in every step of the process of purchasing my new flooring. They assisted me with my financing options. The installers were wonderful and came on time. They called to let me know their estimated arrival time and were there very promptly. They were clean cut, very well mannered, cleaned up their mess behind themselves. Overall we had a great experience. Thank you! more

Everyone was so nice and friendly 4/26/2011

We had an excellent sales lady. When we went in there it was nice and friendly, made us feel at home. She came right out the next day and did all the measurements and the price was reasonable. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I will recommend someone else looking for flooring to Buddy's. Thanks again. more

a company I could trust in my home while I was on vacation 4/21/2011

I never believed a floor as old as ours was capable of being restored. Buddy's does great work and their install crews are magnificent. I paid a little more to get 36 months financing and the dust containment system. It was worth the extra money to buy from Buddy's Flooring America because I wanted to use a company I could trust in my home while I was on vacation. more

free bid and I never felt pressured 4/18/2011

I had 4 companies bid my re-sanding of my hardwood. Buddy's Flooring America is the only one that offered financing and it was for 18 months with no down payment. Buddy's also was the only one of the four that checked for moisture problems and educated me on keeping the humidity levels in the home constant. The commercials can be obnoxious and I was surprised at how professional the salespeople and installers were. They gave me a free bid and I never felt pressured. Pay a little more for the dust-less system because it's worth it. more

The cork flooring I purchased at Buddy's flooring worked out great for my kitchen. Buddy did a free estimate, did not pressure me, and the installer was friendly and cleaned up after himself. Buddy always answered the phone and kept me in the loop. Highly recommended. more

Steve Russell, CEO of Buddy's Flooring America, was a very valuable resource for our kitchen project. It is nice to have a neighbor who has so much passion about providing outstanding service to his customers. He came to our house, did a free estimate, and was a great sounding board for different ideas. He also provided us with quality installers that moved our furniture free of charge! Steve gave recommendations for fixing our subfloor as well as provides carpet-cleaning-services for our yearly maintenance needs.
