I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new floors. We had a great experience working with you and Troy. Before coming to your location we went to a couple of your competitors. None of them were as knowledgeable, or willing to work with us as you were. Their loss I guess! Troy totally rocks! It was a pleasure having him and Rocket in our home. The service was excellent I needed the flooring actually 3 days after I picked it out and they made it happen. Salesman waited on me and helped me in picking out the carpet I needed. He used part of his day off to measure my floor. That was unbelievable. The store manager guaranteed me I'd have my carpet laid out in 3 days. It was remarkable the way they handled it because it was an emergency situation. more

My person that I bought my flooring from was excellent. She followed up on everything. She made several backup phone calls after I received the material. She was really good, I liked it because she did not pressure me and let me pick out what I wanted. I think she's an excellent salesperson. more

I just recently had my entire upstairs carpet insalled and not only was the salesperson extremely informative and helpful, I also feel that the people and the men who came to install the carpet did a wonderful job, they were very professional. From start to finish it was a 13 hour job, and I would have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had as far as home improvement projects and I would highly recommend Buddys Carpet to any family member or friend who would think about doing carpeting or hardwood flooring. more

In the midst of dealing with a flooded basement nightmare, Steve of Buddy's Flooring America was a welcome relief. He personally measured our basement - no charge, no hassle and then delivered several samples of not only carpet but padding. Steve worked with us to ensure we had the perfect carpet and padding for our family. The service was on time and with a smile and it just doesn't get any better than that. We can't wait to use them on the rest of our house! more

I just wanted to express how happy I am to have a wonderful experience there. They were very polite and very friendly. They showed us some very nice selection for very reasonable prices. We found something we liked and got it installed right away. The nice thing about it is the installers are just as nice as the sales people themselves. Everything is beautiful and I just want to express how happy I am with this. more

We purchased carpet and had it installed in 4 rooms. I wanted to give a testimony that they did a fantastic job. I had prompt responses from them. They let me know when the carpet came in and when the carpet was going to be installed. They were very helpful. more
