Buddy's Carpet

My boyfriend & I both work and we have young twin babies so I don't have much time to shop. I picked out the Pergo flooring and carpet off the web-site. The web-site is awesome. They measured in 24 hours and did not charge me for an estimate or samples. The installers accidentally covered up a vent in my daughters bedroom but they fixed it the next day. The installers were polite and called before they came out. They moved all my furniture for free and put it all back. I would recommend Buddy's web-site if your to busy to shop. more

I contacted Buddy's to refinish over 12,000 square feet of hardwood flooring. Beautiful oak flooring that had been deteriorating by the claws of a dog over a five year time. The professionals that came to my house came at the desired time and cleaned up after their work. They did the job with minimal disruption to my family and my house and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend their services. more

Unhappy the seams look bad the stpips look bad , cannot get the problem fixed, the carpet is already starting to flatten out in spots in 3 wks !!!!!!!! and it was not cheap carpet. more

I was in the process of writing an offer on a new home and needed to get a price quote on carpet for the basement of the home I was looking to purchase. I found out at the last minute the seller was willing to pay for new flooring. I called Steve Russell, CEO of Buddy's Flooring America, whom I went to school with. I told him of my situation and my fiance and I met Steve at Buddy's. We went through samples, decided on a stock piece and worked out all of our pricing. To our surprise, the pricing was significantly lower than Home Depot. I will have to say that Steve went above and beyond our expectations. I told Steve I needed a written quote that day. He rearranged his busy schedule to accomodate my needs and drove 40 minutes to measure my home. After measuring the space he went back to his office and emailed me a quote over which I included in my offer. more
