My husband has been going here for years, and his dog overcame Parvo. Yea!, but I haven't had such good luck. My dog eats everything, zippers, weed-n-feed, base boards, if it can be consumed she'll do it. I felt that when I had to call to see if she could be seriously injured, I was a problem. I didn't receive great customer service like I thought I should. I felt very rushed on the phone and that I was wasting the employee's time. The last instance that really made me decide to stop going here was when my small dog was bitten by a spider on a Saturday morning. I called the vet's office, and was told by the front desk that I would have to take her somewhere else. I didn't understand this, nor did I like the answer I received. It was 9am in the morning and my normal vet (that I have shelled out hundreds of dollars to) refused to service me. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and was seen immediately. We have had good experiences w/ this vet, but the negative ones outweigh the possitives. We're looking for a wonderful vet and friendly staff to assist us.
Pros: easy to pick up meds, make appointments
Cons: customer service of staff
