Be upfront with your customer. I went to this dealership because of a oil change coupon that said free wiper replacement. Then after the service, the manager said they don't carry wipers for the Genesis. Come on your a Hyundai dealer, it would have been nice if they said that when I made the appointment or at least when I dropped car off with service manager Gabriel Gutierrez. On the walk around the cabin air and engine air filters were marked as RED (needs replacement) so I asked did they check these out? The same service mng said I don't know? why mark the paper if not checked? These were both changed around 1 month prior. These things I've listed make me question the integrity of the service department. When I called back and talked to Gabriel, he accused me of wanting him to buy my vote, I said not at all. What I would expect is honesty that's what brings in the referrals and repeat business. He said oh well I'm human. He made no reference to better the wrong. Unless I am contacted and offered to right the wrong I will not be returning to this dealership. It's too bad that Hyundai can sell such a luxury vehicle and completely blow it in the customer service area. Honesty will always get my business. I am sorry that this did not happen here. Only the excuse "I'm human". It's not the problem it is how it was taken care of that lost my business.
