Talked with Dennis last Friday and set a appointment for the following Wednesday (today) he said he will arrive between 2 and 4pm. Not only did he not show he never called or returned my message. Not great customer service. He did seem to have reasonable knowledge when I talked with him on friday. Overall not pleased. more
