NOT a good repair company. NOT good customer service. I made an appointment a week ago to service my appliances!. I was given a 4 hour window. NO SHOW NO CALL ! I called and was told the repair man would be a half an hour late past the 4 hour window I was already given. I had to get a family member to stay at my house this whole time. Very unprofessional company. No apology when I called. I hope the repairs hold up. Time will tell. more

Terrible! My Bosch dishwasher wasn't getting dishes clean. The repair guy (owner) tried a few things but said he didn't know why it wasn't working then charged $96 for service call. I called back to complain a few days letter they basically said too bad, they'd send someone else out but I'd have to pay him too. I got another appliance company to come out and they found problem immediately, it was nothing that Buckos had checked. Buckos is the worst! more

Very Pleased! Assigned Bucko's by Bosch and have nothing but good to say for them. Was amazed when I read the negative reviews. Communication was excellent; technician called before arrival and was professional and did a great job. All phone contacts were as pleasant as could be.\r I give them five stars!!! more

they came out to fix dishwasher ,they insisted it was ok but it's not, obviously they dont know what theyre doing Pros: none Cons: dont know what theyre doing more

Bucko's CANNOT service high end appliances... 8/4/2009

buyer beware!!! they are the only authorized repair people for subzero, asko, bosch, wolf etc don't know how they got that distinction they are dreadful not only do they not show when they are supposed to they cannot fix a darn thing - i wouldn't trust them with a toaster! the worst i ever encountered - we will be replacing our appliances with GE because of them!!! and they charge a fortune to do NOTHING!!! Pros: NONE Cons: EVERYTHING more

Never Again 7/30/2009

I will never again use this company. It has been four months and my microwave still isnt fixed. I would go somewhere else but its under warranty and this is what LG says I have to use. After several cancellations (including same day) I expressed my disappointment to the women answering the phone. She got an immediate attitude with me as if I were putting them out. I have taken off work 3 times so far unneccessarily for them not to show up. I am currently waiting for a between 10a-1pm appointment today. Its 12:45pm and no Bucko's so far............ Cons: Has been four months trying to get my new microwave repaired more
