Slow, slow, slow 6/14/2011

These guys will not work for you, they are slow slow slow. we waited all day to see the house. Then we couldn't properly view it because he didn't want the floors in the bathroom to get dirty. I could understand if it was snowing outside but it was dry. took them 3 weeks to process our app and then never heard back from them whether we got the place or not. save the frustration and rent from someone else. more

Worst Rentals 1/28/2008

Good luck renting your home with these guys. They lag on returning phone calls, responding to possible applicants and processing applications in a timely manner. They do not make viewing the house easy, with their lack of communication and interest in their customers. Actually, half the time you call and speak with an ""answering service"" from Texas. This service is not recommended for RENTING. \r \r There are other very qualified rental management companies in town....\r Cons: Horrible Customer Service more
