I have used this shop for many years. They have always repaired my vehicles. I left Atlanta in 2008 & moved to OKC, but I STILL ship my cars back to Richard's Buckhead Collision to get repaired. They are the only shop I trust & the employees are very respectful and understanding. more

No Complaints 3/10/2012

My wife recently damaged the front bumper of her Lexus RX. After reading reviews online I took the car into Buckhead Collision, received a quote, which was nearly identical to a quote I got on instantestimator . com so I knew the price was honest. Dropped the car off on a Tuesday afternoon and it was ready Friday morning. Car looks great and was even cleaned. I will use Buckhead Collision again if needed! more

A Great Shop to work with 11/5/2011

I recently had an accident and had to fine a collision repair shop, so I went online and read the reviews of all the shops in Buckhead. Buckhead Collision had the best reviews. I know there is no perfect shop anywhere.So I went there, I was greeted when I first walked in by Mr Wilson. He advised me that I did not have to go around getting estimates for the insurance company, that I could leave it there with him and they would come out and inspected there. I did so and I am glad I did. My car was repaired and looked great. They even cleaned it up. I will admitt I was wondering if all their reviews were correct. Now I know, they are!! Thanks and I will tell all my friends should they need collision work done more

A friend told me to come here. 5/28/2011

I am a woman in college, I am from out of town and everything. I recently had a wreck, a friend recommended that I come to this shop, I did so. The minute I walked in the door, Mr Wilson greeted me, he was so nice n pleasant to deal with. I ask him to speak with my father, he had no problem doing so. They repaired my car for me and even cleaned it up for me and it looked better than before I wrecked it. I would recommend this shop to everyone. more

Great Shop to Deal with 5/28/2011

I have had experience with 2 other large shops in the Buckhead Area and had nothing but problems. A friend advised me to go to Buckhead Collision. I did so, the service and quality of work was GREAT. I recommend this shop 100%, Mr Wilson that help me as very nice and very professional in the way he handled my claim with my BMW. He handled the insurance company and everything for me. He told me I did not have to go to the insurance companies said shop. I did not know that. If I should need to have my car worked on again I will not go anywhere else but Buckhead Collision more

Best Experience 4/14/2011

Buckhead Collision was very helpful in every step. My insurance had 2 claims created instead of 1, they called my insurance company to sort that out for me. It only took them a week to complete the repairs. When I got there to pick it up, they had detailed the inside and outside of my car. Overall, very satisfied and absolutely no complaints. more

Every detail of this business is thorough and perfect 7/17/2010

I almost panicked when I realized that my absolutely ""GO TO"" collision shop was no longer on Edgewood Ave. Then I found out it was now called Richard's Buckhead Collision on Piedmont circle. Wow, most of the same wonderful people were there, plus a couple of fine new ones. I was particularly happy to see my ""old friend"" Bennett. What a special guy and amazing at his job. You are always greeted with friendly courtesy, and a willingness to discuss options connected to the auto. The repair is done in a timely and thorough manner. I really appreciate the whole gang there. It make my ""living in Atlanta"" auto incidents so much less painful. I would trust them with anything I have. I would recommend them to everyone. Reliable, great body shop 3/17/2010

I have had a number of poor experiences in Atlanta getting collision repairs done. No one delivered when they said they would, repairs were incomplete, etc. BAD EXPERIENCES! Buckhead Collision is SO DIFFERENT from the rest. Excellent service, totally reliable for doing what they say when they say it will be done. Easy to get in and get out. Friendly personnel. My Acura MDX which had been badly damaged looked like a BRAND NEW CAR. Car was returned to me clean and polished inside and out. Hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I won't go anywhere else. Only place to go for collision repair 1/4/2010

They did an AMAZING job on my truck! It really looked better than new. The people were friendly and it was done when they said it would be. AND it was done over the holidays so I really appreciated the honest and prompt service. While I hope I never require their service again, it's comforting to know they're there. I needed this so badly. 11/11/2009

A thief broke into my truck through the passenger window bending the frame and stole my radio. After making the police report, I headed to Buckhead Collision where I have been twice before this. James asked if I wanted to repair the inside of the door in addition to the window. I responded ""I can't afford it as I lost my job this morning."" The estimate was fair and as I expected $1200. I can hardly see through my happy tears right now. Upon hearing my story they cleaned my truck, fixed my window and door, and knocked the price down to $541. I found out today when I went to pick up my truck. They care. They listen. They are part of this community. It was near impossible to pay, but I needed the quality work that only Buckhead Collision can provide. Then, they ate more than half the cost. I know what it would have cost because I have the invoice. I know they're fair because I've been there twice before this. They take care of your auto needs AND you. They are in business to make money, and yet, they understand how hard things can be. You can't know how much I needed this break. I'm proof that they really do care. AND they do amazing work!!! Great Service & Great Quality Work 9/24/2009

I am a single woman parent. I was afraid of my car not getting repaired correctly and I would never be happy with it. The people at the shop were very nice and treated me really well. Mr Wilson assured me that my car would be repaired correctly and that I would be 100% happy when my car was completed. He handled all my insurance company needs. They tried to make me go to their shops, but Mr Wilson advised me I had the right to have my car repaired where I wanted to and that he will handle the insurance company with no problems. He did so. When my car was completed and was also done on time. I was 100% happy with all my repairs and my car looked better than it did before I wrecked it. They cleaned it up also at no charge. I highly recommend this shop 100% Pros: Very Honest & Polite & Great Work more

Richard's Buckhead Collision is the BEST in ATL! 8/18/2009

I worked with James and he was one of the nicest men I had ever worked with in the automobile industry, considering all the horror stories I've heard. My car looked brand new when they completed it, and they got it back to me way sooner than I expected. I would advise all to go to them if you need collision repairs. Great Team! Great Repair shop 8/4/2009

Great customer service- Been there 3 times for repairs - the last time took longer than the 1st 2 but the damage was much more extensive! My truck looks better than it did before the accident.\r \r I even receievd a free car clean up and my wheels look better than when I first bought it.\r \r Will definitly recommend to every one!
