The only downside is the parking. But Debbie, the owner, is searching for a new location. The employees are nice, and no matter how busy they are, service is always prompt. When we first walked in, there was an incredible ambiance that was very welcoming. All the employees were hustling and bustling around, a tribute to their great customer service, but you didn't feel put-off in any way. The owner greeted us in a timely manner and made us feel like we were the most important people in the room. Upon receiving our order, we were delighted to see that the portion size was generous and nicely packaged. The coffee was out of this world. There were many intersting coffee choices. We decided on the ""Aloha coffee cooler"" which was an irresistible blend of coffee, kahlua and whipped topping. The food was very good and chosen wisely for a small coffeehouse. On this particular day I had the turkey stacker. The sandwich had delicious turkey and cheese with fresh 9-grain bread and a drop of chocolate to sweeten your palate. This is the best place to go get great coffee and a sandwich. they also have awesome dessert items. They have a great atmosphere and they staff is fabulous. Always help and nice. They do have limited parking but the food totally outways the cons. You won't be disappointed if you visit Buckhead's. more

This is not only a place for serious coffee drinkers, its a great place to chill out, meet old friends, and treat a sweet tooth. A quaint place nestled into a quiet corner of a busy street, with excellent decor, and knowledgeable staff. Every time I have visited no matter how busy the shop is you are greeted with a smile and be right with you. Its small town charm with a big city taste guaranteed to put a smile on your face. They aren't even offended when you bypass the coffee and ask for fruit tea or their very rich, home made hot chocolate (extra choclate of coarse). Every time a group of us get together for a motorcycle ride, we make Buckhead our first stop. Anytime you find yourself with some time to spend in a wholesome atmosphere, I would highly recommend spending a few minutes in this oasis of great taste. Pros: Small town charm, great staff. Cons: Limited seating, but I guess enlarging the place would elminate its charm. more

Buckhead Coffee House makes my day! The lunch menu is versitile, has variety, and is most delicious! The baked goodies are to die for! The atmosphere is incredible! The coffee is OUTSTANDING! Not to mention the staff at this local joint....the charming owner along with her equally charming and lovely daughter along with the other delightful members of the staff make coming into Buckhead like returning home! Buckhead is the best place to go in Columbia for a Great cup of coffee and a wonderful lunch! They really watch their shot of espresso and keep everything fresh. It does have trouble with parking but it is worth all the parking problems just for the experience. The staff is wonderul. A great find! The staff is super friendly and the food is delicous and fresh. They have an incredible baked goods selection for such a small and quaint place. The drip coffee is yum and the espresso is superb. They really do work at serving the best shots possible! Way to go Buckhead Crew! This coffee house is by far the best in this area. I highly reccommend you take the trip to Columbia for a great lunch and coffee. I would love to see if a franchise is available! I didn't like this place at all. The staff wasn't helpful, they seemed only concerned with making the coffee (less than mediocre coffee at that) and getting to the next customer. And parking is a nightmare. There are a few other coffeehouses in Columbia, and they are definitely worth your time more than this one. more
