Buckeye Pawn Shop

This guys are rude for no reason and they constantly try to cheat their customers I was in there for about an hour today and was going to get something and decided not too just because of how they treat people. They undervalue everything they buy then turn around and try to sell it 5-6 times more than what they even bought it for and wont come down off the price I understand they have to make a profit but some of that is rediculous. I rarely shop pawn shops and after that experience I wont be using them anytime soon... more

We have used this pawn shop for years. Recently the customer service has decreased. The guys act like you are bothering them by being there, and the one I dealt with today was really a dick. I really wasn't sure of the value of a item that I had and instead of him taking the time to inform me, he blew me off and said he probably would not be able to help me and I should go somewhere else so I did. I found another pawn shop who has great customer service and who gave me some great information and is now who I will deal with in the future. I have spend lots of money at Xmas time every year at Buckeye pawn, but I will not deal will being treated the way I was today, they obviously have anuff money and don't need mine!! I will get my pawn out and take to my new pawn shop down town! more
