I love that the downtown location opens early enough in the morning that you can stop and pickup fresh doughnuts on your way to work. They offer a nice variety and they are always delicious. The bakery also sells cakes, pies, breads and cookies. The cookies are also one of our favorites, especially the iced with sprinkles. I have ordered cakes and pies here as well and everything has always tasted very good. more

If you know anything about my by my posts, you have learned I have a sweet tooth and this is the best place to get your morning danish. I have got to have a cheese one they are to die for They all have some very nice donuts so if your driving by in the morning, take the minute to stop you'll be glad you did. more

great place 10/16/2005

We were there last weekend. I got 2 cookies for my kids. One dropped his and they replaced it for free with a smile. We got doughnuts also and they were just as good as store bought ones. The creamhorns were very good but a bit too big to bite all at once. My favorite item we got were a bag of hard dinner rolls. They were delicious. The prices are competitive and the service is friendly. Also the smell when you first walk in is heavenly. more

A Second Location for Great Home Baked Goodies 8/1/2005

This is an old fashioned bakery, where you get fresh goods every day, rather than the mass produced baked items you find in a supermarket, prepackaged yet touted as “fresh”. Located next to the Industrial part of Mansfield, this is a great stop for breakfast on your way to work. Parking is outside the store and I've never had a problem. This store is supplied from the same bakery as the one on E. 4th, so the quality is what you expect from Buckeye Bakery and they offer the same great treats. Recommended is their cinnamon pecan buns and their Maple creame sticks. Don't miss their fresh baked Danishes either. Do stop in for something yummy and delightful at the Buckeye Bakery. more
