The technician was courteous BUT not informative. In fact, I am now having to pay for the further damage he's caused by using the WRONG glass part and causing further damage to the regulator because he tried to force it in. I am requesting a full refund as I feel that the services verbally promised was not completed, and in fact caused my vehicle further damage and me more of a mess and money to rectify. As a victim of a breakin, it is horrible enough having to deal with the aftermath, let alone the lack of courtesy from Bill, the owner. I expected a more courteous and understanding customer service, especially from the owner. When I spoke with him the first time, he would not even let me tell my side and listen. He even started to threaten to charge me extra because the technician was not as knowledgeable and chose to spend the extra time to try to force repair. I never authorized it, and it was not my fault or within my control that the technician used the WRONG glass and did not know how to fix my broken window. Bill made me feel worse about the situation by the way he acted towards me. He kept claiming that the glass used was a vendor made glass. Yet, the dealer has stated in an email I forwarded him, that the glass used was not right and that they are using a MINI produced glass. I WOULD NEVER recommend Buckeye Auto Glass to anyone. I do hope that I will receive the refund for this poor service, causing me further stress, causing further damage on my vehicle. My tip is STAY AWAY AND DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to Buckeye Auto Glass.
