Had a garage door installed. It was scratched and missing some paing. The buckeridge employee that installed it had the wrong color touch-up paint with him. He said when he got...

Almost good, but not quite 5/7/2010

Had a garage door installed. It was scratched and missing some paing. The buckeridge employee that installed it had the wrong color touch-up paint with him. He said when he got back to the shop, he would let them know ant they'd be out to fix it. It's been several weeks and we've hear nothing. We called and emailed them and nothing. I sure hope they don't bill us until we're satisfied. more
