buck & badd service 4/23/2012

i called to ask some questions about the store and products and the man on the phone was very rude to me, and said he "" was trying to run a bussiness, and did not have time"". i belive for any bussiness to thrive you need to take care of customers inside of the store and outside. i will never buy from buck & bass. maybe they should hire someone to answer phone calls , as it seems others have had problems over the phone also. more

I have been using Buck and Bass for many years. Rick, his wife Tony and the staff have always been super courteous and helpful to me since I have been going there. They have a full line of fishing equipment, archery, and firearms. locally owned and located here in the Pensacola area. Do yourself a favor and drop by and see all the good things they have. I have ordered two guns from them and it required constant follow up. I have tried to order guns two other times since and could not even get prices. They are nice while you are in the store, no service beyond that. more
