Please, Please for the love of culinary existence, do not go to this restaurant...It's nothing but a trendy, fake, and disusting of a typical chain restaurant. Thinking that italian food consisist only of oil (I don't think they use olive oil) and garlic powder, this place of culinary nightmare shoves to our face, or to our not so accepting appetite, that...oil and garlic powder. No spices, no simplicity, and no originality, Buca tries to stand up as an Italian restaurant, but with an ugly trendy and ""place to go"" atmosphere. Buca also pretends to be authentic, with waiters and crazy follwers claiming it's a place where the food is the same as if you are dining in Palermo, Naples, or Venice. In reality it is a place where you wait an hour for a plate of noodles and ketchup, a place where the decor is a result of the owner seeing too much Godfather movies, and finally a place where u get served by a number of idumb young people who don't speak a word of Italian
Pros: none..ok ok the music is alright..they actualy play Italian music
