Good: Love the store and service. One star for that.. Bad: Needed to echange for a differnet size--total lack of phone # and FORCED TO DRIVE 60 miles to location. - One star. Improvements: Better communication on web site and a real phone # on receipt. -One star. Other: Lame response to intitial query online. Let's see how it pans out. So far graded an F. -1 star. more
