Bubbles Professional Auto Care

I took my 2001 Expedition to Bubbles on Court Street to have the interior cleaned. I just purchsed it and I must admit, the previous owners left it EXTREMELY dirty. Thats why I took it to be detailed instead of doing it myself. The owner himself came out and looked over the interior. I pointed out particular spots of interest ie: a gum stain on the carpet, an unidentified gob of something (possibly more gum), and the headliner. The owner himself told me they would be able to clean the gum and would be able to clean the carpets and headliner, maybe not to perfection but much better than it was. I took my car here to be polished and detailed. Upon completion I noticed two areas of the paint where it had been polished down to the metal on the car. When I told the owner, he had the audacity to tell me those marks were there and that I did not know my car very well. I guess since I am a female he felt that way. Well I hand wash my car at least once a week and know my car in and out. The owner is very sexist and does not respect women. He is an idiot and should not be in business. The inside detailing of the car left a lot to be desired. I am not the only one who feels this way. A friend of mine also took a car there to be detailed. He ended up with swirl marks all over the car from the polisher which they would not correct. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Stay Away!!!! Cons: Their work is terrible more

I brought my car there for minor body work and complete exterior and interior detailing. The quality of both jobs was less than professional. The body work was wavy and the paint was rough. There was residue from the polish on all parts of the car, especially on the rubber rim and logos. There was damage to some interior pieces and engine due to the cleaning. I brought the car back no less than three times to see if the situation could be recitified but the only improvement was to smooth out the paint. They tried to remove the wax residue but failed. Nothing else was done for any of the other items. I complained to the management but got no response. Very disappointed to say the least. Pros: They at least act friendly Cons: They do bad work more
