I got help in the wine dept. to pair a wine with what I was BBQing that night. Turned out to be a great selection. Also, I am impressed with the pricing since the liquor store near me has higher pricing on liquor I regularly buy. So far great customer service and attention when I shop there. more

Not Good 9/30/2010

I went to Bubbles looking for a wine and was told it's restaurant only. The very next store I went to (also in Castle Rock) order me a case and had it available the next day. How about doing some work and making a phone call before telling someone "its not available". BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE more

New Owners. New Attitude 8/27/2010

I have been a Bubbles customer since it opened. The customer service at that time has been somewhat lacking. They would just go through the motions and really didn't care if you returned or not. Since the new ownership, things have turned around and they seem to really want our business. The employees do seem to be more helpful. Their selection is just as good as before, if not better (especially in the wine dept.). They now have clearance specials (which I don't believe they had with the previous owners) and a rewards program. For those who had stopped going to Bubbles, give them another try. I think you will be pleased with how the customer service has improved. more

Bubbles Liquor World - give the new owners a break please 8/23/2010

I saw the negative reviews and figured I had to write something about the new owners who took over the store in mind June 2010. They are doing a great job! Customer service is much improved. The staff is helpful and even the owners are out in the store asking for feedback from customers. The prices are really competitive as well. And I cannot think of a store in the area with that much selection. Let's all do our best to give the new owners the benefit of the doubt! We simply cannot hold them responsible for what the previous people did wrong! more

Overpriced 12/12/2009

I shopped there for a while since it only two miles away. Recently I went in to buy a few bottles of white wine since I was running low. I hadn't been in for over six months. I was surprised to find their prices were some 25% to 40% higher than I pay at my regular store. It's pretty hard to justify a 30% higher price on a wine under $20. An ex customer. more

Captive audience syndrone 2/25/2009

I recently asked that Bubbles order a case of wine for me. They were to call me when it arrived. Two weeks went by and I stopped on my way out of town for a ski trip. I asked about the wine I ordered and it was there (no call) I asked if I could buy the case and only take 4 bottles (no). I did the a case discount and was told to come back to buy the other 8 bottles. I did along with 4 different bottles. I got a 5% mixed case discount. I shop at 3 other large liquor stores and get a 10% discount on all mixed cases. I buy a wide variety of wines and like to keep a cellar well stocked. I also wanted to support the local liquor store. In the futuer I will go to Lucas, Davidson and City Wine (my current favorite). more

Amazing liquor store 8/20/2005

Bubbles is quite possibly the largest liquor store I've ever seen. They carry all of the normal liquor, a large selection of beer and an amazing selection of wine. The store is so large it's hard to find what you're looking for if you have something in mind, but the people who work there are incredibly helpful. My favorite thing about Bubbles is their selection of locally brewed beer and wine. Very nice place. more

Huge Liquor Store 8/1/2005

This liquor store is huge!! It has anything you could think of. The personnel were very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a specific wine and they walked me through this huge store right to where it was. I would have never found it on my own. I liked the variety and selection of different alcoholic drinks. Oh and they even have a wine tasting room. more
