I have been a Bubbles customer since it opened. The customer service at that time has been somewhat lacking. They would just go through the motions and really didn't care if you returned or not. Since the new ownership, things have turned around and they seem to really want our business. The employees do seem to be more helpful. Their selection is just as good as before, if not better (especially in the wine dept.). They now have clearance specials (which I don't believe they had with the previous owners) and a rewards program.
For those who had stopped going to Bubbles, give them another try. I think you will be pleased with how the customer service has improved.
