The business is very clean and I was excited to find a local service to wash my sleeping bags. I dropped off 2 queen size sleeping bags to be picked up the next day.\r The attendent quoted me $10.00 each plus tax. Twelve dollars if they were down.\r \r These bags weigh 6 lbs each. She took my phone number down and wrote up the ticket. I asked for a copy and she said I would get one the next day when I picked up the bags. She also mentioned I had to bring cash in because they don't take checks or credit cards for first time customers. Soooo I went to the bank and pulled out the cash. Went to pick up the bags and they were $40.00. Asked why and was told the owner thought they were 4 bags because the zippers went all around. No they are sold as one bag but didn't matter the owner who was not on the premises said $40.00 plus tax. She had apperantly used four machines so felt fine charging me the extra money. \r I inquired what their commercial washing machines capacity was. Fify Five pounds. Hmmm not sure the reasoning behind using four machines was but ok.\r I was pretty upset by the second trip to the ATM machine and was told if I wanted to I could talk to the owner/ manager the following day. Problem was I had to get them picked up so I could use them for a camping trip. When I did get the receipt the number 2 was overwritten with a 4 and to top it off they had my phone number and didn't bother to call me to ask if it was ok to charge me double! So just watch out and rember when you drop off your laundry if they feel like it they can charge you double and you will not get it back with out paying the hostage fee.\r \r Just not good business practices and I would strongly urge anyone going there to reconsider. This is the classiest joint in Everett. The place is sparkling clean, the attendant was extrordinarily friendly & helpful, and all of their machines were in working order. Forget the other reviewer alluding to the racial stereotyping or prejudice. There was an African American family in there when I visited and they were treated just as courteously as I was. They will not accept moldy or mildewy laundry dropped off, and that's fine by me. People should wash their clothes in the river if they're going to live like pigs. more

Our washer broke down and had to get my work clothes washed and ended up at this place. Being that I work in construction my laundry can be little soiled and well I guess the staff at this place never seen dirty laundry before. They followed me around with broom in hand, maybe they were asking me to leave or something since my laundry was not up to their liking. It was not like I had my clothes everywhere, I kept it all in the basket that I had brought. Nevertheless, they hounded me till I was so mad that I just got my stuff out of the dryer and left without even folding. It was such a bad experience, I would not recommend this place. \r \r Later on I told one of my foreman about trying to find a laundromat until we can get our machine fixed, he told me that he had similar experience at this business. My foreman who happens to be Hispanic went to wash his family's laundry there and that the family was followed around the premises like they were not wanted there or doing something illegal. Needless to say, he said that he felt very offended and never went back. \r \r We just ended up buying a new washer that week so we never went back either but still, this place is not a very customer friendly place, I will admit that the place is very clean though.
