I had a great experience with this company. I needed emergency service over the weekend because i didnt have any heat. i spoke to the answering service and got a call back from the tech within 20 minutes and he was out to my home with in an hour and a half. The tech was professional and through. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. he fixed my heat and it cost less than i thought it would. i would recommend btu comfort solutions to anyone who needed hvac service. two thumbs up! more
