Bryant Heating & Cooling

I believe I have been cheated. My AC was not cooling. I was quoted $95 for a service call. I was charged $450. There was no repair made, only the addition of freon. The amount of freon added, according to Bryant Heating and Cooling, was probably about 3 pounds. A 30 pound bottle of freon22 sells for about $450. If 15 pounds had been added, the fair charge should have been around $310. Thus, the overcharge of about $140 or 45%. I have discussed the issue with Bryant but they are unwilling to reconsider. If you use them, be certain to get an absolutely firm quote before they begin service. more

These guys are great -- IF you can get any attention at all from the staff. God help you if you leave a message, they WILL NOT call you back. This heat wave was DANGEROUS and all we needed was a simple flexible duct. I am FURIOUS that my husband had to go fix it himself when we have given these people business all over the county. Called Steve Bryant to come out after the heater put out a bad smell and cut off in the middle of the night. 42 degrees out and the house had gotten down to 50 inside. He was here within 30 minutes and found that we had an electrical fire that started in the heating unit in the crawl space under the house, said he was amazed that the hole house didn't go up in flames. He fixed everything right then, was a pleasure to talk with as he explained everything that had happened, and didn't over charge or add on anything un-needed as often happens. He will always be our first call in the future should anything go wrong with the heating and cooling in our home. more

I am a very upset customer! I have called Bryant weekly and recently almost daily ever since May for them to fix my AC. My AC is still not fixed and it is now September 13th. Horrible customer service - NO CALL BACKS! I am going to also contact the Better Business Bureau! 4 months of 80 degree temps in my house is not acceptable! more

We are a new customer for Bryant Heating & Cooling and will call them back. We called on a Saturday morning with snow on the ground and no heat. A real live person answered the phone and sent the service tech out a couple of hours later. He was in our crawl space for an hour, came out soaking wet said that it was fixed. Broken wires, a breaker and we had heat! Thank you very much! more

Barbara is always great about getting back with me as soon as possible and I have never had to wait a long time to get Steve out for repairs. He is friendly and considerate and a pleasure to work with! My whole family uses his services! more

My husband and I called Bryant over the weekend, we where able to speak to a real person and service technician. He came out with in a couple of hours and was very knowledgeable! Had the job done and was on his way, With no overtime rate. Thank goodness he saved our Daughters Birthday Party! praise's to Bryant Heating and There staff, Very smooth operation. I have been a customer of Bryant Heating & Cooling for about 6 years now i am so shocked to see these types of reviews. They were originally recommended to me and I have and will continue to recommend this company to every one I know. They have always been willing to come out and fix any problems even on holidays or in bad weather and never over charged me or added any extra on my bill for this. The office personnel has always been knowledgeable and quick to return my phone call. They have always sent someone within a reasonable time - that day or when I was able.
