I would definitely use Bryant Electric again 9/25/2013

Let me get my negative comment out of the way: they were extremely busy and had to schedule my work later than I would have liked. That being said, they're busy because they are GOOD. Very professional. They kept me informed of the status of my project and any changes. The quality of the work was great. And they responded quickly to me on small changes I requested. Best of all, I had a chance to talk to one of the City Inspectors (at the start of my project) who assured me - and I'm paraphrasing - "I've never had a problem with any work done by the folks at Bryant". Quick to show, unhelpful once there. 6/13/2013

Bryant Electric Service basically came out to looked at my fuse box and told me I had a bad fuse. The guy didn't have the right fuse so instead he just told me how to fix it myself. So I bought a fuse and changed it but nothing happened. It turns out they had told me the wrong thing. I had to get someone else out to fix it later. more

No hesitations recommending them 6/11/2013

I recommend Bryant Electric Service to everyone. A couple years ago they installed my ceiling fans, then they reverse our electrical switches, I have had them raise our chandeliers so they weren't hanging down so low. I had them install security lights and recently while remodeling my kitchen, I used them again. I have a lot of outlets along the kitchen and counters and they needed to know the exact millimeters of depth of each one and they did a beautiful job of prepping and installing the new outlets. They rewired everything, like my garbage disposal and the team was so incredibly detailed and caring. They came back to check without me asking and I am a real big fan of Bryan. more

Easy job, polite and professional 6/10/2013

Bryan Electric took down a ceiling fan and installed a light fixture instead. It wasn't terribly difficult but it was a minimum price they offered and the serviceman was polite and professional. more

I've used Bryant Electric Service twice and both times were great. They worked efficiently from what I could tell. They were also very courteous and took the time to answer my questions which I liked. They explained everything they were doing which was also very nice. more

Positive update to earlier negative review 6/2/2013

The people at Bryant have gone above and beyond to provide satisfaction. They called, apologized and set a new appointment. The electricians arrived on time and did a great job. I would recommend them to friends without reservation. more

Set appointment and did not show up 5/29/2013

Set an 8:00am appointment. They did not show up. When I called at 8:30 the office said they had a "safety meeting" and would be leaving soon but also had to stop by the supply house. I could not wait around at their convenience and had to cancel so I could go to work. Their office was rude when i cancelled. Not sure why they didn't think they had to arrive on time or even call. Very disappointing. Call someone else. RESPONSE FROM Bryant Electric Service: We do make every effort to get it right 100 of the time, this was not one of those times we succeeded. We have apologized to Lance, and we plan on learning from our mistakes. Our customers are the most important part of our business, we value the feedback and appreciate the opportunity to do better in the future. more

Solved my problem quickly. 5/22/2013

This was my first time using Bryant. I had an electrical problem, I had another electrician come out but they couldn't figure out what the problem was. Bryant came out and solved the problem very quickly. more

They came and they fixed lights for me that had blown out. They figured out what the problem was quickly, and took the light down. They determined it was a faulty light that caused the electrical system to go down. more

Bryant Electric installed a new fixture in my entry way. They went out of their way for the instillation call, by cleaning the glass on the new fixture. We were also having trouble with some outlets and they fixed that issue. more

Good first experience with Bryant. 4/30/2013

We had two other electricians come out to do some of the work. We finally got a hold of Bryant, and they sent Paul Gonzales out to us. He did a fine job. We felt more confident with him than the others we had previously hired. The turn-around was quick, they got us in within a few days. more

Pleasant and hassle-free. 4/25/2013

Craig at Bryant Electric Service came out to do the estimate. We talked about the needs for the electric vehicle charge and some future enhancements I was planning to make. We went back and forth via email and when the crew came to get the final product done, it took them only about 3 hours or so. I have worked with Bryant Electric Service before, and it has always been a pretty good experience. They replaced my breaker box and the exterior box, and the work was done well. The city came and inspected it, and it passed, so that's really all that matters. Everything is working good. more

The people at Bryant Electric Service came when they said they were going to, and they put in excellent equipment. There was a little trouble with the ceiling fan and they had to come back. The came back and fixed it, and the second crew knew what was going on. Bryan Electric Service was informative and did a good job! more
