In 2005 I was working for this man (Bryan D. Gallagher)Bryan’s Quality Plus - and he was buying houses and selling them trying to make profits. Too many houses were showing on his credit report so he asked me if I would have the houses put in my name and he would buy them back in a year or so. So we went through the process and the houses were signed over to me. We also signed a certified note that he was responsible for all mortgages, taxes and so on till he decides to buy these houses back for the amount that is owed. He's been paying on these all along. One of the houses sold a couple years back. (125 Jericho Road, New Gretna, NJ). He came up to where I live to get power of attorney so he could sell the house. He told me if I signed the papers then I wouldn’t have to worry about the houses anymore, my name wouldn’t be on anything. Well the one house sold for around $229,000 and he only paid the first mortgage which was $161,000 and the 2nd mortgage for $40,000 is still on my credit report, he kept the money. He said he spent the money on other things. How can you sell a house and get away without paying the 2nd mortgage. Then the second house 115 Lakewood, Little Egg Harbor I had to end up selling. Now I have 2 foreclosures on my credit report after I had to go bankrupt because of this man. Him and his girlfriend I believe now wife used my name and signed my name on documents without my permission. Stay away from this business. Josi Verlingieri
