They keep my van for 3 hours. Tell me there is nothing they can do as it needs a software update then charge $104. I wish at my job I could say there is nothing I can do and charg...

I heard about Bryan's Automotive from a friend at work, and now I always recommend them. I actually live about 20 minutes from them, and then I work another 20 minutes away from that. I always call them in a panic, and they always bring me in and take a look at my car. They know how important time is for where I work, so they always keep me notified on the what's going on and they provide transportation to my work if need be. I really appreciate what they do. They are willing to stop on a dime to help you. Their lot is always full down there, but they still take the time to deal with you one-on-one, and they don't rush you out the door, they handle all your concerns. more

Another quick repair in less than a day 12/5/2011

Great job Dave! I know the mechanics in the back do the work but the guy out front makes all the difference. My wife & I have always received great service from Dave. I have recommended Bryan's Automotive to several folks already & would do it again no problem. Thanks for being there for us! more

Byan's Automotive always takes very good care of us! 12/20/2010

I have a 2000 Saturn LS2 which I love. Bryan's Auto has always been very timely, courteous and honest with us! I always need my car at the last minute & they always get me in & out as quickly as possible. They have also taken care of our '93 Suburban in excellent fashion. I recommend Bryan's Automotive to anyone who asks! more

You won't find better customer service or car repair in Olympia. We trust Bryan's to do quality work on our cars. They fix it fast. They fix it correctly and the prices are fair. You get great value for your money at Bryan's. We now have a teenage driver who we are trying to teach to be responsible for his own vehicle. He knows he can call the shop, set up repairs (with our permission) and get advice from Bryan's awesome staff. Thanks to the whole team. more

Trustworthy and 11/9/2010

We've been bringing our family's vehicles to Bryans's for several years now. We appreciate the great service, friendly, helpful staff and really clean shop. Bryan's prices are fair and never inflated. We've compared to other shops in the area and feel we get GREAT value for our money. I have been taking my cars to Bryans, for years. Bryans Automotive takes care of me. I need to be able to trust my mechanic, and I trust Bryans Automotive. I feel vulnerable, when dealing with automotive issues, because I have a very limited understanding of automotive issues. It is reassuring to know that I am being treated fairly and ethically...that I am being taken care of, as well as my car. more

Excellent experience! 9/10/2010

My parentâ??s motor-home broke down on I-5 on our way to a much anticipated and significant family reunion. We are so thankful we took the tow truck driverâ??s advice and went to Bryanâ??s Automotive. The technician found the problem and expertly fixed it in only a few minutes. In fact, it was so fast, Bryan gave us a much appreciated discount on our final bill. A++! more

A 21-year relationship, all good. 8/30/2010

We have been using Bryan's Automotive for 21 years and find them to be very honest and forthright. They don't find problems where there aren't any. We started using their service when my daughter turned 16. We have 3 vehicles that they service and they have done everything from oil changes to transmission work, as well as a complete engine overhaul of one car. Everything has always turned out the way I expected. We have had good, honest car repairs that have not needed to be redone. Our cars are older, so we need to know that we are not putting in more money than the car is worth. Bryan's has always done right by us and I feel I can trust them, which is important. They also are very nice and polite and, as a woman, I don't feel that they have ever spoken down to me. Friends and family of ours have also used Bryan's Automotive and had a good experience with them. We will definitely continue to use their service. Sue Kemp more

Excellent customer experience. Great Value. 7/29/2010

I have an older 94 Ford pickup, and I have had quite a bit of work done at Bryan's Automotive. They are professional and proficient about identifying and troubleshooting problems before they arise. They take time to thoroughly go through the vehicle, and they do what it takes to keep it on the road. I have had all of my maintenance done there as well some pretty major repairs.
