Air Conditioning 2002 Dodge Pickup 6/16/2015

About $1500. spent, still blows hot air, take it back in, they recharge it tell me the schrader valve was leaking and replaced it, another $150. recharged, blowing hot air again in 6 months. Tried to tell me, it was normal, (closed systems aren't supposed to leak down). more

Window Malfunction 2/20/2015

A/C Replacement 2/20/2014

Had a A/C system 20 years old going bad on my 1993 Vehicle. Bryan's had installed my new compressor,converted system from R12 to R134A. Replaced all parts needed for this, along with mentioning Belt tensioner was shot. All in all, waited for my vehicle and it was a pleasant experience overall. more

They've done it again! 9/14/2013

My wife & I recently had both vehicles in on the same day. Mine was easy - just a power steering hose. My wife however, listens to her car & notices when a new noise happens. She described this noise to Dave, which was really helpful. Her car was ready & out the door by 3pm along with mine. We are always treated so wonderfully here. We wouldn't go anywhere else & I have recommended Bryan's numerous times. There are lots of auto shops out there, but Bryan's shop is the best! more

They do a good job 8/1/2013

Bryan's Automotive changed my serpentine belt and did transmission service as well. I also get my oil change and rear brakes. They were very helpful. I trust them which is important as a woman. They do a good job. more

Honorable and trustworthy. 6/19/2013

They have serviced all three of our vehicles for the last four years. They're still working on an on-going issue with my car, but so far they have been great. They don't over-charge, they are very fair. They have great service and great ownership. I love that they offer a military discount. more

I have been a customer at Bryan's Automotive for about twelve years. First of all, I have always been impressed with their attention to detail and the courtesy with which they treat me as a customer. Their thoroughness allows them to head off problems before they even occur. Their prices are reasonable. And, they are unerringly polite, which I really appreciate. My expectations for them, the first time I used them, were pretty high and they have never failed to rise to the level of my expectations. I always appreciate their attention to customer service and detail. It has been a very professional experience. more

Great work on restoring my car 4/15/2013

I am not quite done with the work, but so far Bryan's Automotive is doing a great job. I would definitely recommend them. I talked to Bryan himself and David the serviceman and they really helped give me ideas on a restoration for my car. They brought out the parts but they are methodical and attentive to the job. Really good job. more

A Great Place to Come to. 9/19/2012

I was initially scared to go to an Automotive shop because I have had bad experiences before with them fixing other things than what I went in for than making me pay for it, but at Bryan's its not like that! They are super friendly, they know what they are doing and they actually call you if they discover something else that needs to be fixed before fixing it. Their customer service is beyond recognition-able. They are fast, reliable and affordable. I would and am going to recommend Bryan's to everyone I know if they have any issues with their car or if they just need a tune up. They also give rides home! more

I couldn't ask for better service! 6/19/2012

I started with Bryan at Bryan's Automotive when I moved here in 1980. It was either late 80 or 81. I've never had another mechanic touch my car since. Because of their quick response, good work, and their just taking care of me, I've continued to use Bryan's Automotive. They let me know if anything needs to be paid attention to. I like their time frame, and they're reasonable. I couldn't ask for better service from anybody else! more

Great customer service, great work. 4/19/2012

I routinely recommend Bryan's Automotive. I've had an extremely positive experience working with them. We've had a couple problems with our cars, which have been especially difficult to debug. Unlike the dealerships, which will just go in and replace parts, they will take the time to diagnose, find, and fix the problems rather than randomly go about and replace parts until they go away. When I get my car back, I feel like I only paid for what I had to replace. I feel like there's value at Bryan's, which is less true at the dealerships. more

Reliable and knowledgeable 3/19/2012

I have been going to Bryan's Automotive for atleast 20 years now. They have done just about everything on my vehicles, from major engine work, to work on my brakes, to all of my standard oil changes and tune ups. I know quite a bit about cars so it means something that I feel comfortable at Bryan's. They have never tried to take advantage of me with pricing, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them. more

I have been using Bryan's Automotive for 16 years. I keep going back because of the way Bryan treats his customers. He is professional and very personable with you. He tries to understand you and listen to you. He performs high quality work with excellent customer service and he requires that same work and respect from his staff. They know you when you walk in the door. He does work that needs to be done and does not rip you off. Being a woman, mechanics will often look at you like you don't know what you are talking about. Bryan makes me feel comfortable and makes sure that I don't feel left in the dark. Now all my co-workers and friends go to him and they are all satisfied. Kay Huebner more
