Rude staff, outdated facilities, outrageous prices. Upcharged prescription medicine by fifty percent, and then gave us a hard time about ordering the medicine directly (to save $20 each month) from the compound pharmacy in Medford. Our asthmatic cat threw a blood clot, so we rushed her to Bryan (our current vet at the time). The Dr. could not help her, nor could they diagnose anything, so they sent us 40 minutes away to a real vet (Vet Surgical & Diagnostic) who determined that she was in congestive heart failure within 30 seconds of examining her. Their suggestion was to euthanize her, which they were extremely sympathetic and caring about despite the fact that we were 1 time clients. VSD sent us a sympathy card...Bryan just took the cat off of their check-up reminder card list. Needless to say, we will never go back to Bryan.
