They are great at Bryan Animal Hospital. I felt like my baby was taken care of and all my concerns were dealt with. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable. The doctor was excellent and took her time with me and answered all my questions. I will recommend Bryan to all my friends and family more

What a joke!! Are you kidding me? Rude staff, especially some the techs. I recently boarded my pet there and was not happy with the condition she came home. Overpriced for horrible service. The doctor had to ask a tech for advice while I was in the exam room. Did she think I couldn't hear?. I refuse to pay for service like that. I took my dog in and was pretty much told I was a bad owner. Will never go there again. And just as a side note, I read some of the glowing reports on this site and the names are suspiciously similar to most of the staff. more

We are so happy with the care we received at Bryan Animal Hospital. The people there are very helpful and friendly. We not only had our dog examined but groomed as well. It was a great experience overall and we will recommend them to everyone we know. more

Bryan Animal Hospital has always taken well care of my animals. The Doctors there have always explained everything that is going on with my animals in a professional manner and are very sweet. The technicians always treat my dog and cat like they are there own pets, even when my cat goes crazy and they have to break out the big gloves for him,(they are the first vet that we have taken our precious cat too who could actually control him and not recommended sedating him for his yearly exam) they still treat him with the utmost care. I have used there kennel and grooming facilites also and have always been very pleased with the staff in the back portion of the office . The kennel staff always makes my puppy feel like he is at home, sometimes when i go to pick him up he doesnt want to leave he rather stay there and be with all of his "aunts" as we like to call them. I highly recommend Bryan Animal Hospital as a vet, and Boarding facility. more

I was very pleased with the attention my dog recieved at the clnic! The staff and the doctor made my dog feel very comfortable! Not only were the vaccines a none stressful time but Cassie the groomer was a pleasure and when I leave my dog in the kennel the staff goes out of their way to make my dogs feel at home! I just wanted to say thankyou and keep up the great attitudes!!! more

The staff at Bryan Animal Hospital are pleasant and knowledgable. My cats, dog and I have been pleased with every visit and would highly recommend them to everyone. They are very accomadating and I am able to get an appointment right away when needed. The doctors are always concerned and caring, making my animals and I feel like we are part of there family. My husband and I have always been very happy with the care our cats have received at Bryan Animal Hospital. The entire staff from Dr. Slavin and Dr. Horn to the vet techs and office staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate. When the end came for our cat at nearly 20 years we were devastated and they made a difficult time easier for us. Two weeks later we adopted our 2 boys from them and they have been there along the way for us. Last year we added a third cat - a girl from the shelter who had some health and behavior issues. Again, the entire staff has helped us when we needed it. There was a time when I thought the issues with the girl cat were more than we could handle. With the encouragement we received from the staff, especially Sherrie, we made it through the rough time. We would never go anywhere else. Even if Dr. Horn calls our one boy cat a "chunky monkey"! more

I think Dr. Slavin and Dr. Horn are great. I've been going to Bryan Animal Hospital for at least 9 years. I have adopted 3 cats from them and have never experienced anything but caring and professional help. I have dealt with Dr. Slavin and Dr. Horn on numerous occasions and have always found them to be professional, personal, and caring. The staff has always been courteous. Just recently Dr. Slavin went the extra mile in helping me with a wild cat that I had been caring for, which became injured. With no notice or appointment she stayed late into the evening to administer to this poor cat. Talk about caring, she did! The charge was reasonable and they cut me a break because the cat really wasn't mine. Everybody has to make a living and I think their fees are in line with all vets. I guess the people who wrote negative comments only prove you can't make everybody happy. I am. more

I've been taking my "kids" there for over 16 years and they are wonderful. If I have any problems, they are very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend taking your animals there. Dr. Horn is very knowledgeable and has helped me whenever I have a problem. Actually, I am quite shocked at some of these reviews. I have experienced nothing but professional courtesy from the receptionists, techs and doctors. Originally I lived in Mt. Holly and then I moved close to Great Adventure. Since I trust them with my kids lives, I still take them to Mt. Holly even though it is a 40 minutes drive from my house (there are other vets in the area only 15 minutes away). more

I had a wonderful experience when I was at Bryan Animal Hospital. They got my cat in right away when she was sick and they provided excellent care. The receptionists and technicians were wonderful. Dr. Slavin and Dr. Horn were very thorough and kept me informed of all the procedures that needed to be done. I would highly recommend this hospital as they give great care to both people and animals. more

Bryan Animal Hospital is nothing like what most of you described! The techs are so kind and always professional. All of the receptionists are polite and get you set up with whatever you need, whether it's an appointment or paperwork, immediately. My pets have been cared for by each of the veterinarians, and all were kind and helpful. They did only what they thought was necessary, explained everything to me beforehand, and gave me lots of options. The grooming service is phenomenal. It seems like the building is always clean and well organized. I have never been rushed or spoken to rudely. The prices are competitive with other vets in the area. I have never had a problem; it doesn't seem to be possible. I send everyone I know to this vet - they're the best around! more

Rude staff, outdated facilities, outrageous prices. Upcharged prescription medicine by fifty percent, and then gave us a hard time about ordering the medicine directly (to save $20 each month) from the compound pharmacy in Medford. Our asthmatic cat threw a blood clot, so we rushed her to Bryan (our current vet at the time). The Dr. could not help her, nor could they diagnose anything, so they sent us 40 minutes away to a real vet (Vet Surgical & Diagnostic) who determined that she was in congestive heart failure within 30 seconds of examining her. Their suggestion was to euthanize her, which they were extremely sympathetic and caring about despite the fact that we were 1 time clients. VSD sent us a sympathy card...Bryan just took the cat off of their check-up reminder card list. Needless to say, we will never go back to Bryan. more

I recently went to this clinic with a new dog I got from the shelter. The receptionist were ok but not very friendly. The techs are not friendly the heavy set one seemed to be afraid of my new dog and the other I think Sherry is very rude and mean to the animals she yelled at my children when they tried to pet our new dog. I would not recommend you bring your animals here. Columbus is very nice and so is School house and they are both right down the road. Also owner is very money hungry. Beware if you love your pet take them to a better vet clinic. more

I think the staff and veterinarians at Bryan are exceptional. They are always willing to get my pets in at the drop of a hat and they really know their stuff. They are very professional and do what's best for my pets. I am always amazed at how clean the hospital is and at the great service by the front staff. I have used the groomer and she is fantastic. All in all I think they're the best in the area. more

I took my puppy for her initial visit where they ran tests and weighed her. I paid $150 total. Then I receive a phone call a week later that my dog tested "really positive" for ringworm and that I must stop by to buy a special shampoo. My dog was never tested for this. I couldn't receive a straight answer when I inquired which test indicated this. I am positve this was just a scam to make more money, as I took her elsewhere and she tested negative for ringworm. Aside from this bad experience, there is a specific female vet tech who is extremely unprofessional. She had an issue with a friend of mine (also a former client of this vet) about where she had gotten her dog. She harrassed my friend at home and work. This entire office is a scam that should be put out of business. I should have heeded the prior warnings that this place would eat my money but unfortunately I thought it would be worth a shot considering how close it is to my home. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. more
