Do not go to this Brusters. While the ice cream is great, the service is slow, lousy, and even rude. I complained to the owner about this a while back (through email) and she seemed kind. She said she was sorry and even gave me a $10 gift card. So, I kept going and things seemed better until the other day. I was waiting on my medicine from Walgreens (right next door) and thought I would walk over and check out the flavors. They did not have my favorites so I sampled two kind. They were good, but not good enough to buy (keep in mind my husband and I spent lots of money there and we know what we like). Plus, I was unsure of how much longer my meds were going to be and I didn't want to take the chance of it melting. The lady who was working there seemed very impatient with me (and I was the only customer there) while I was deciding and her attitude was making me uncomfortable. So I kindly said that I think I'll pass today. She gave me a snarl look and laughed in a mean way and said, ""so you dont want anything now?"" I got her name to report her and when I got home, I checked my previous emails and IT WAS HER NAME! I could not believe it. Unless there are two Jeans (sp?) working there, the owner is rude and I now understand why her employees were so rude and seemingly unhappy. Go the extra mile and find a brusters who will treat you great and give you the experience you deserve...ice cream should be a fun and yummy time; not a time to be treated poorly! Especially when you are giving them your money!
