I just finished treatment with my twin daughters Emily and Erin at Dr. Brust's office. They both had very bad teeth to start with. We went to 3 offices and were floored by the difference at Dr. Brust's office. He spent so much time with us and explained in detail what was going on. His staff was just as nice and they really went out of their way to make my daughters have a great experience. When they got their braces off we were ecstatic! I never imagined that their teeth would look so good! I have referred all my friends to Dr. Brust and I think everyone in the area sees them. They are truly an exceptional office and I highly recommend anyone to see them. You'll be impressed not only with the treatment, but also the atmosphere of the office. And my kids ALWAYS look forward to going to see the orthodontist! This place rocks! more

Dr. Brust and his team were helping us before we even came in. The visit was for our youngest daughter, who was scheduled to have her braces removed. She received them 14 months ago with the understanding that she would have them on for 14 months. Dr. Brust was right on in his prediction. Her teeth look great! School pictures were coming up and Dr. Brust staff was able to get us in 2 days early so that the braces could be removed in time for the pictures. Thank you very much.\r This is our third child to receive braces from Brust orthodontics. All have had a great experience, but most importantly have finished with beautiful smiles. It is obvious from the results that Dr. Brust and his team know what they are doing, but it amazes me how they do so much more. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My son started receiving treatment January 2011 and I think I spent all of 30 seconds talking to Dr.Brust. The last appt. we went to in February I had to go hunt down one of his assistants to find out what was going on with my son's progress. He is way to busy and if he does take a moment to speak with you he refuses to let you get a word in. If you can get a word in it seems as if he's not listening. Heaven forbid you have an emergency!!! We had an emergency on a Sunday, my sons pallet expander fell off on one side, so I had to call his assistant Rachel who acted like such a rude b**ch to myself and my 8 year old. She made sure with her actions to let us know she didn't want to be there, not to mention she basically accused me of giving my son food items that he shouldn't have, even though I told her 3 times that we follow the brace wearers diet. I selected Dr. Brust because of the nice office and his confidence. However, I strongly believe he does not listen or spend enough time with each patient. He always seemed rushed when he was working on my teeth. Also, I noticed an issue with my treatment and warned him about it several times, he said that it was not an issue. I believe the final results of my treatment were greatly impacted by this. Also, he did not acknowledge the issue until "it was too late' in the treatment to correct.\r \r Very disappointed. more
