I think they have the best lanes in Central Florida. I mean WOW! I'm only 13 but I've been to over 12 bowling lanes in Central Florida and these are clearly the best. When i'm on leagues, the trainers are very helpful and stay connected with you until you fix whats wrong. There employees are very nice and there food is killer. The staff there are teenagers with little wherewithal as to what's going on. When one countergirl had a mixup with myself and another fellow at the pool table, the manager accused me and my 10 year old son of lying to get out of paying a dollar. When I stood up to him, he made a nasty remark and walked off. The place doesn't have it's act together and makes no apologies for it. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! Angela and Shawn were working the counter it was a tuesday night. I came in around 7 pm and it was a full house.(even though stan said it would be 'noooo problem just come in dont reserve' when i called on the phone earlier! he was just in a rush to get back to something else? Very rude man.) Anyways..They said to come back for the dollar games at 9pm because they had a full house of league and such. Ang also said to go online for coupons at the ""bowlbrunswick"" website. So i did but i saved them for another time when bowling isnt a dollar. We came back and got a lane at a better price than i would have gotten earlier. They gave us our shoes(very new looking instead of the norm torn, ugly and neon). my lane my bill was only $20ish and i bowled 4 games with 3 other people shoes included. They went cosmic at around 10:30 for a league and the music was awesome. I have to say I will be back for this deal!!!! I've bowled here many times and my son has been in several leagues at this facility. It can very expensive for open bowling unless you get in the loop and receive coupons in the mail. There are certain times when it is cheaper (I believe Mondays are $1 games). I have never found the staff to be rude like some other reviewers have experienced. They are generally pleasant. They have a good snack bar with good food......their pizza is excellent. As a matter of fact, I would go there to order pizza to take home rather than order from a pizza parlor. I was excited to go bowl in this newer facility until I got my bill. Wow! I couldn't believe my eyes. The prices are outrageous and the staff was, to be brutally honest, downright rude. Brunswick Wekiva Lanes is a nice center with very modern equipment. However, it costs an arm and a leg to bowl there. Their league prices are the highest in town, and unless you go late their open bowl prices are way too high. Also their staff acts totally unconcerned about their customers.
